This service offers high-throughput automated nucleic acid extraction with high yield and purity, suitable for use in any molecular biology technique (PCR, RT-PCR, q-PCR, MLPA, NGS, arrays, etc.).
We use the instrument Chemagic 360 H96 from Revvity, which is an automated system that enables the extraction of DNA and RNA from various organisms (viruses, bacteria, and eukaryotic cells). Its versatility allows for the extraction of nucleic acids from a wide range of sample types (blood, plasma, buffy coat, saliva, buccal swabs, tissues, cell cultures, urine, stool, etc.). The 96-head pipetting system enables the simultaneous processing of a large number of samples.
The instrument is used in combination with different Chemagic kits to obtain nucleic acids of a wide range of sizes: from small molecules (cfDNA, miRNA, viral DNA/RNA) to high molecular weight molecules >50 Kb.
We have the Infinium platform from Illumina, which enables the parallel processing of multiple samples using BeadChip microarrays HTS and HD arrays, available commercially for humans, bovines, swine, equines, rodents, and other organisms, as well as customizable iSelect arrays.
